This Licensing Agreement applies to every digital product (files, templates, source code, assets, and the like) purchased through KaryaMe. Terms for gigs (services) are covered separately in section 7 below, as delivered work differs from a ready-to-download product.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it according to the license type set by the creator on the product page (e.g. personal or commercial use). KaryaMe acts as the marketplace platform, not the copyright holder of the product, unless stated otherwise.

Every licensed digital-product transaction issues a unique purchase code. This code verifies ownership and activates the product on a limited number of domains/installations as set by the creator. You can manage, deactivate, and reactivate domains from the "My Licenses" section of your account.

Unless expressly permitted in writing by the creator or stated otherwise in the product license, you may not:

• Resell, rent, or redistribute the raw product files to other parties.
• Publicly share your purchase code, or share it with unauthorized parties.
• Claim the product as your own original work (unless a "white-label" license expressly allows it).
• Use the product to build a directly competing derivative that is resold as a similar template/product.

Copyright and intellectual property in a digital product remain with the original creator/creator. A purchase on KaryaMe grants a license to use, not a transfer of copyright. KaryaMe respects third-party intellectual property rights and will act on valid copyright infringement reports.

The availability of technical support and file updates for a digital product is determined by each creator and listed on the product page. KaryaMe provides in-app chat so buyers can reach creators directly, but KaryaMe does not provide technical support for the content/code of third-party products.

For gig (service) purchases, the work delivered by the service provider through the delivery feature belongs to the buyer once the order is marked accepted, in line with the package scope agreed at checkout. Revision terms, revision counts, and delivery time follow the specific gig package description, not a general rule set by KaryaMe.

KaryaMe reserves the right to revoke a purchase code/license if there is indication of fraud, a payment chargeback, or infringement of a third party's copyright, following a reasonable investigation. Notice will be sent to the account's registered email before action is taken, except in urgent situations requiring immediate action.
