We collect the following information when you use KaryaMe:

• Account data: name, email, phone number, and password (stored as a hash).
• Transaction data: order history, purchased products/gigs, payment amounts, payment status, and Wallet balance.
• Shop data (if you become a creator): shop name, description, logo, and bank account for payouts.
• Content you submit: chat messages, product reviews, and refund requests with attached images.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, and activity logs for security and fraud prevention.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process orders, payments, and delivery of digital files or completed gig work.
• Verify purchase codes and activations for digital products.
• Provide customer support and respond to refund requests.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of the Terms & Conditions.
• Send account/transaction notifications and promotional information (opt-out available at any time).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Information is only shared with: payment gateway providers (Tripay and DANA) to process transactions, infrastructure service providers (hosting, file storage), and authorities where required under applicable Indonesian law.

KaryaMe never stores payment card data directly — payment processing is handled by our licensed payment gateway partners.

KaryaMe uses cookies to maintain your login session, remember language/currency preferences, and measure aggregate site performance (analytics). You may disable cookies via your browser settings, though features such as login and cart may stop working properly.

Your password is stored encrypted (hashed), all communication between your device and KaryaMe's servers is protected by HTTPS/TLS, and sensitive links such as invoice downloads use single-use tokens that expire automatically. No system is 100% secure — we will notify you of any security incident affecting your data as required by applicable law.

In accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you have the right to access, update, request a copy of, request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw any consent previously given. Personal data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Transaction and payment data may be retained longer to meet bookkeeping, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations under applicable Indonesian law, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
